People recently reported that the singer and The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star will no longer be heading to court, as the lawsuit has been settled shortly before the trial was set to begin. According to the report, most of the financial details related to the settlement are expected to remain confidential and will not be made available publicly.A pretrial conference was held on May 21, during which Judge Anne Hwang, who is overseeing the case, was informed that both parties had officially reached an agreement. Jayne and the plaintiff were reportedly given until May 26 to file a settlement notice and request for dismissal. The report further stated that all pending hearings and motions have now been vacated under the settlement agreement.A statement from the plaintiff’s legal representative was also shared, which read, “Based on multiple conversations with counsel, we have agreed to a settlement. And we’re asking the court to allow us to dismiss without prejudice.”

Erika Jayne had been named in the lawsuit filed in 2021.
