Johnson was recently ‘called’ out by a popular social media influencer, Katy Napier, who posted a video about him selling shampoo products from his men’s healthcare brand. The famed actor, who recently appeared in ‘The Smashing Machine’, had the perfect and hilarious response to her.He posted a video wearing his wig from his upcoming live action film ‘Moana’ and wrote in the caption, “Ok this made me belly laugh.. HARD (laughing emojis, clapping emojis, and fist bump emojis). And hey, sometimes a Demigod’s radiant and ravishing hair needs shampoo/conditioner (tongue out emoji and the hook emoji). You’re Welcooooome (music notes emoji).” He also attached the influencer’s video along with his post for context.Not only that, but he also ended the post by adding, “ps ~ I got a little gift coming your way” as he also tagged her account in the post.

Many fans of the actor reacted to his hilarious tactic in the comment section. Even Napier commented under his post and wrote “(Face holding back tears emojis). THAT’S ME (heart emojis).” Another fan of the ‘Jumanji: Welcome to the Jungl‪e’ wrote in the comment section, “I was wondering if you seen this? Katy Napier, a social media influencer who runs the account, @happyyellowco, recently posted a joke about the 54 year old actor promoting shampoo products with his brand. She posted a video about the same on a popular video-sharing platform and said, “Don’t give up on your dreams. The Rock is selling shampoo and conditioner, and he’s bald.” She added the caption “Go for it” to the video.In the video, Napier was seen standing in an aisle at the market in front of a setup for the actor’s brand. At the time of writing, Johnson’s response to the influencer has garnered 22.4 million views.On the work front, Dwayne Johnson is all set to reprise his role as Maui in the live-action version of ‘Moana.’ The film is slated to be released in theatres worldwide on July 10. Johnson will be joined by a talented cast that includes Catherine Laga’aia as Moana, John Tui as Chief Tui, Frankie Adams as Sina, and Rena Owen as Gramma Tala.
