‘Dhurandhar’, starring Ranveer Singh and Akshaye Khanna in lead roles, has ended another successful week at the Indian box office. The film that has been maintaining its grip over the box office, closed week 6 by surpassing the Rs 25 crore mark on Thursday.As per a report on sacnilk, the film that was enjoying an undisputed run at the box office over the past weeks, earned an estimated Rs 3 crore on Thursday, thus taking its week 6 total collection to an estimated Rs 26.35 crore.

With this, the film’s collection this past week dipped to 50% of its week 5 performance. ‘Dhurandhar’ box office competition

While ‘Dhurandhar’ enjoyed an undisputed run at the box office when it hit cinemas on December 5, it was able to rake in an impressive box office collection of Rs 207.25 crore and earned its highest revenue in week 2, with a total haul of Rs 253.25 crore. However, over time with the release of ‘Avatar: Fire and Ash’, ‘Tu Meri Main Tera Main Tera Tu Meri’, ‘Ikkis’ and ‘The Raja Saab’, it saw a steady decline in its collections. However, despite the dip, the film still managed to outshine the new releases and set new box office records along the way.

‘Dhurandhar’ net collections

‘Dhurandhar’, which now boasts of a total net collection of Rs 816.60 crore, is also the highest-earning film to release in a single language. All other films running at the box office, opted for multi-language releases.

‘Dhurandhar’ gross total collections

‘Dhurandhar’ is now on its way to hit the Rs 1,000 crore gross mark at the Indian box office. The film which has a collection of Rs 979 crore, will have to rake in over Rs 20 crore to send it past the milestone and officially take down ‘KGF Chapter 2’ which currently ranks third at the box office with a gross total of Rs 1000.85 crore. ‘Baahubali 2’ occupies the second spot with a collection of Rs 1416.9 crore and ‘Pushpa 2’ sits on the No 1 spot with a collection of Rs 1471.1 crore.

‘Dhurandhar’ worldwide collections

The film has still been raking in good numbers from overseas markets, thus pushing its collections from foreign markets to an estimated Rs 293 crore. With this, the film’s worldwide total collections now stand at an estimated Rs 1,272.85 crore. Go to Source
