In an unprecedented surge of excitement, ‘Dhurandhar: The Revenge’ has sold over 10 lakh tickets ahead of its opening, generating a remarkable Rs. 50 crore in advance sales, with Rs. 33 crore attributed solely to preview shows. This gripping espionage thriller, directed by the talented Aditya Dhar, is set to take the screens by storm on March 19, 2026.

‘Dhurandhar: The Revenge’ is one of the most anticipated films of the year. The buzz around the film is massive, and the advance booking box office numbers are proof of the same. As of now, over 10 lakh tickets have been sold for the opening day.

According to Sacnilk, the advance booking for the opening day has grossly crossed Rs.50 crore (excluding block seats). This amount includes the pre-sales for the paid preview shows and for the opening day (March 19). Reportedly, the movie has raked in over Rs 33 crore gross from the preview shows alone. Meanwhile, the opening day earnings reached Rs. 16 crore gross (excluding block seats) from the sale of 3.6 lakh tickets. On the other hand, over 7.10 lakh tickets have been booked for the preview screenings. With this, ‘Dhurandhar 2’ broke Pawan Kalyan’s ‘OG’ record for earning the highest collection through preview shows. The amount was Rs 25 crore.

Despite being an almost 4-hour-long film, ‘Dhurandhar: The Revenge’ is set to become one of the biggest releases in the country. Meanwhile, not just in India, the pre-sales for the espionage thriller are breaking records overseas as well. Reportedly, the movie has earned almost USD 5 million from the advance booking in North America for the opening weekend. It has shown strong advance sales in overseas territories, including North America, the United Kingdom, and Australia.
