After teasing fans with an epic trailer, ‘Dhurandhar: The Revenge’ has begun its advance box office collections on a strong note. The Ranveer Singh-starrer is off to an impressive record-breaking pre-sale collection across domestic and international markets, with still 10 more days to go.As per reports, the Aditya Dhar film starring Ranveer Singh in the lead,is said to be tracking a huge box office opening with good ticket sales for its paid preview screenings on March 18 and its extended weekend bookings for its March 19 release. Early numbers indicate that the film could just score one of the biggest post-pandemic Hindi film releases.

‘Dhurandhar: The Revenge’ eyes USD 2 million in North America

The film that started pre-sales in North America weeks before its booking windows opened in India, is already eyeing the USD 2 million mark. The film has shown particularly strong traction in the United States, with Venky Box office reporting the premiere advance sales crossing USD 618,911 across 557 locations and 1,034 shows. So far, 38,545 tickets have been sold, with 10 days still to go.The total advance gross, on the other hand, has climbed to USD 890,000, while first weekend advance bookings have already reached approximately USD 1.70 million.Among US states, Texas currently leads with USD 121,469, followed by California with USD 98,146, New Jersey with USD 50,534, New York with USD 41,796, and Washington with USD 35,012, rounding out the top five markets.

‘Dhurandhar: The Revenge’ crosses Rs 18 crore in India

Advance bookings for ‘Dhurandhar 2′ has already secured an estimated Rs 12.29 crore gross across all languages, sacnilk reports. Taking into account the blocked seats, the total collections reportedly rise to an estimated Rs 18.1 crore.Of the said total, the Hindi version has contributed the highest collections, said to be around Rs 12.07 crore. While the first film was released just in the Hindi language, this second part will also be released in Telugu, Tamil, Kannada and Malayalam.

‘Dhurandhar: The Revenge’ breaks ‘Stree 2’ record

As per the report, the film’s collections have already surpassed the benchmark set by ‘Stree 2’, which earned around Rs 8.50 crore net and over Rs 10 crore gross from its paid preview shows. ‘Dhurandhar 2’ reportedly crossed this milestone in just 24 hours.The film features an ensemble cast including Sanjay Dutt, Sara Arjun, R.
