Bollywood legend Dharmendra, 89, is admitted to Mumbai’s Breach Candy Hospital for routine tests. Despite age-related concerns, his health is stable. He lives with his first wife, stays fit through workouts and physiotherapy, and is set to star in Sriram Raghavan’s war drama ‘Ikkis,’ receiving positive reviews.

Bollywood actor Dharmendra was admitted to the Breach Candy Hospital in Mumbai on Friday. As per reports, the actor who is approaching his 90th birthday this December, is currently in the hospital for a standard health check-up.Age-related concerns clarifiedAccording to TV9 Bharatvarsh, Dharmendra who has been dealing with some age-related health issues, has been admitted for some tests. The report further stated that there is nothing to be concerned about, as alleged in some sections of the media.Living arrangements revealedIn a recent interview, Bobby Deol, Dharmendra’s youngest son, shared that his father continues to stay with his first wife, Prakash Kaur, at their farmhouse located in Khandala, close to Mumbai.Fitness commitment on social mediaThe actor regularly shares videos of his fitness routines on social media. Recently, he posted an uplifting video from his physiotherapy session, showcasing his strong commitment to maintaining health and fitness. He captioned the clip, “Friends, thanks to your good wishes and his blessings, I am putting in great effort to stay fit and healthy. Yoga, exercise, and now physiotherapy.” Defying age with fitnessPreviously, he showed his strong leg muscles and a body that rivals much younger men, proving that age poses no obstacle for him.Upcoming film project ‘Ikkis’On the career front, Dharmendra will be seen next in the war drama, ‘Ikkis’, directed by National Award-winner Sriram Raghavan. The film also features Agastya Nanda, grandson of megastar Amitabh Bachchan. The film centres on the life of Second Lieutenant Arun Khetarpal, the youngest ever to receive the Param Vir Chakra and known for his remarkable bravery. The trailer has recently been released and has earned praise from both celebrities and the public.
