'De De Pyaar De 2' box office collections day 6: Ajay Devgn's film nears Rs 50 cr

Ajay Devgn’s ‘De De Pyaar De 2’ continues to dazzle at the box office, approaching the impressive Rs 50 crore milestone. On its sixth day, the film raked in around Rs 3.50 crore, elevating its total earnings to Rs 47.75 crore.

Ajay Devgn’s ‘De De Pyaar De 2’ continues its steady journey at the domestic box office, showing strength through the mid-week slowdown.According to early estimates by the Sacnilk website, the film collected around Rs 3.50 crore on its sixth day. Npw the India net total stand at a promising Rs 47.75 crore. Reportedly the film had already earned Rs 44.25 crore by the end of its first five days.

Mid-week trend

After a strong start over the weekend, ‘De De Pyaar De 2’ entered Monday with a predictable dip, managing Rs 4.25 crore. On Tuesday the collections climbed to Rs 5.25 crore. Wednesday’s Rs 3.50 crore early estimate underscores that the film is holding its ground, even as weekday pressures typically affect collections. With the total now comfortably placed just short of the Rs 50 crore milestone, the film is well-positioned to make a stronger impact as it heads toward the second weekend.

Occupancy shows gradual improvement

The film saw an overall Hindi occupancy of 8.84% on November 19, Wednesday. Morning shows recorded a soft start at 6.19%. The numbers gradually improved as the day progressed, with 8.05% in the afternoon, 8.76% in the evening, and a respectable 12.37% for night shows. The film is directed by Anshul Sharma. ‘De De Pyaar De 2’ features Ajay Devgn, Rakul Preet Singh and R. Madhavan, along with Ishita Dutta, Meezaan Jaffrey, Javed Jaffrey and Gautami Kapoor.
