‘Bhooth Bangla’ Day 1 collection

The horror-comedy, directed by Priyadarshan, earned an estimated Rs 12.25 crore net on its first day in cinemas. When combined with Rs 3.50 crore net from paid preview screenings, the film’s total domestic net collection stands at around Rs 15.75 crore.This figure aligns with, and slightly exceeds, early trade expectations of a Rs 15 crore opening.

As per sacnilk, Bhooth Bangla has achieved worldwide collections of Rs 23.90 crorewith an India Gross total of Rs 18.90 crore and overseas collection of Rs 5 crore.

‘Bhooth Bangla’ dethrones ‘Dhurandhar 2’

With this opening, ‘Bhooth Bangla’ has ended the dominance of ‘Dhurandhar: The Revenge’, which had held the top position for four consecutive weeks. On Day 30, the Ranveer Singh starrer saw a sharp decline, collecting approximately Rs 2.70 crore net and Rs 3.24 crore gross for the day.Despite the slowdown, ‘Dhurandhar: The Revenge’ continues to post a massive cumulative net total of Rs 1,105.82 crore.

‘Bhooth Bangla’ among Akshay Kumar’s highest openers post-pandemic

Bhooth Bangla has now entered the top five highest opening day grossers of Akshay Kumar’s post-pandemic releases. While ‘Sooryavanshi’ is still on the number 1 spot with an estimated Rs 26.29 crore collection, ‘Housefull 5’ occupies the second spot with a Rs 24 crore net collection. Go to Source
