Kangana Ranaut’s ‘Bharat Bhhagya Viddhaata’ had a slow start at the box office amidst multiple releases. The film tells the story of how Mumbai’s Cama Hospital nurses made sure to keep the patients under their care alive during the horrendous 26/11 terror attacks in the city. On day 2, according to the Sacnilk report, the Kangana Ranaut starrer witnessed a 45% growth in its collection compared to the previous day’s earnings. The movie minted Rs 1.45 crore across 1,956 shows. With that, the total net collections in India have reached Rs 2.45 crore, while the total gross collections in India are now Rs 2.93 crore.As per the same report, the film witnessed an overall occupancy of 22.03% on day 2.

Box office clash

The Kangana Ranaut starrer clashed with Diljit Dosanjh, Sharvari, Vedang Raina’s ‘Main Vaapas Aaunga’, directed by Imtiaz Ali, and Manoj Bajpayee’s political drama ‘Governor: The Silent Saviour’, helmed by Chinmay Mandlekar.
