‘Baaghi 4’ misses the Rs 40 crore mark

'Baaghi 4' box office collection day 5: Tiger Shroff, Sanjay Dutt, and Harnaaz Sandhu’s film falls short of Rs 40 crore but edges past Vivek Agnihotri’s ‘The Bengal Files’

The battle of the box office continues as movies from different genres and languages try their best to maintain a hold over the audience. This Friday was no exception, as the Tiger Shroff, Sanjay Dutt, and Harnaaz Sandhu starrer ‘Baaghi 4’ and Vivek Agnihotri’s directorial ‘The Bengal Files’ made their way to the silver screen. On the one hand, there is the fourth installment from a high-octane action thriller franchise, and on the other hand, there is the final chapter of the political trilogy. Both movies have been trying to maintain a pace at the box office, yet numbers show that the former has outshone the latter, as ‘Baaghi 4’ almost touched the Rs 40 crore mark, while ‘The Bengal Files’ is yet to reach Rs 10 crore. Here’s the detailed box office report of ‘Baaghi 4’.

‘Baaghi 4′ box office collection day 5 update

‘Baaghi 4’ collected Rs 4 crore (early estimates) on its fifth day (Tuesday) in the Indian market, according to Sacnilk. It is a minimal drop from day four’s earnings (Rs 4.5 crore). After a decent opening of Rs 12 crore on Friday, ‘Baaghi’ saw a dip on its debut weekend, with its collective collection for Saturday and Sunday reaching Rs 19.25 crore. With the latest addition of Rs 4 crore to the tally, the India net total of ‘Baaghi 4’ stands at Rs 39.75 crore. The movie missed the Rs 40 crore mark by a mere whisker.
