Avneet reacts to trolling after Virat liked her post

Avneet Kaur reacts to trolling after Virat Kohli 'like controversy', says: ‘There are times when I feel low'

They say the world is small and the internet has made it smaller. Of course, it comes with its fair share of pros like convenience, commerce, and more, but shadows lurk in its not-so-dark corners as well. Trolling certainly is an example of the same, and no one is immune to it, not even celebrities. If anything, public figures face more internet scrutiny. Actress Avneet Kaur addressed the same in her recent interaction, when asked about trolling amid Virat Kohli’s row.

Avneet Kaur’s take on trolling amid Virat Kohli’s controversy

For the unversed, after having a photo on Instagram liked by Virat Kohli, Avneet Kaur garnered a lot of attention. Well, not exactly for the like, but the public clarification issued by the ace cricketer, which was later blown out of proportion. Avneet, who will soon be seen in ‘Love In Vietnam,’ remained tight-lipped on the Virat row, but shared her reaction to recent trolls. While speaking to News18, the actress shared that with so much happening around, she isn’t really sure what to say; however, she highlighted that having her family around certainly helps.

Avneet Kaur takes the high road after Virat Kohli’s accidental ‘like’: ‘Milta rahe pyaar…’

“There are times when I feel low, and I keep thinking about these things. But thankfully, I’ve my family around me to constantly remind me of those days when I wanted to achieve my dreams,” said Avneet. “They tell me to never forget my days of hard work. That’s the reason trolls don’t affect me as much as they used to do earlier. I grew up in front of the camera. At that time, things were a little difficult. But now, I’m fine,” she continued.

Avneet Kaur urges to spread positivity

The child actress who carved her niche as a social media influencer and artist also mentioned that the world would be a better place if people simply remained neutral. He emphasised that people should focus on spreading positivity and not hate. I’m not saying that they need to keep praising me all the time and tell me, ‘Arrey waah, aap toh badhiya hai, aap ne toh kamaal kar diya!’ (how awesome I am). One can also be neutral. I believe that you don’t need to put someone down while expressing your opinions of them,” Avneet concluded. Go to Source
