Aryan once beat up a girl for calling dad SRK ‘fat’

'I got angry with him...': Aryan Khan once beat up a girl for calling dad Shah Rukh Khan 'fat'

Bollywood superstar Shah Rukh Khan’s physique transformation was spurred by his son Aryan Khan’s embarrassment over his father being ‘fat.’ Aryan even defended his father physically. Now, Aryan has made his directorial debut with ‘The Ba***ds of Bollywood,’ a series he defended against creative notes, stating it’s for a specific audience.

When you mess with Shah Rukh Khan, you might just face Aryan Khan’s wrath! The superstar’s son once got into a fight with a girl who dared to call his dad ‘fat.’ Yes, you read that right!

The fight over ‘fat’

Shah Rukh told host Karan Johar on Koffee With Karan that Aryan (who was nine years old at the time) was very upset that his father was ‘fat’ and even got involved in a fight because of the same.

The actor said, “My son feels I am fat. He beat up a girl. First, she called me an ‘a**hole’. He didn’t react. Then she said I looked ugly in Kaun Banega Crorepati but he didn’t react and controlled himself. Finally, when she said, ‘Your father is fat,’ he kicked her. I got angry with him and he said, ‘Papa, it’s not her fault. It’s you. Why are you fat? You are not ugly, I didn’t mind. You look handsome on KBC. You’re not an a**hole, I know. You’re a cool guy. But you are fat, papa.’”Meanwhile, Aryan made his big directorial debut in Bollywood with The Ba***ds of Bollywood. The web series received positive reviews from all sides.

Aryan’s directorial debut

Talking about the restrictions he faced while making the series, Aryan recently told Variety, “We did get some notes on certain scenes where they were like, ‘Oh, this is too this, or this is too that,’ but then I took a stand.”Elaborating further, he added, “If you don’t like it, I mean, the show is not meant for you, or it is meant for you, but you might not like it; your 18-year-old kid might like it. Your uncle might like it who likes certain kinds of humor or certain kinds of jokes.”

Blending fact and fiction

In the interview, he also acknowledged that a lot of things in the show are facts but exaggerated for the viewers. While Aryan Khan’s show is based on some reality, a lot has been exaggerated for viewers. Aryan said, “There’s many truths, many lies that kind of are disguised… and vice versa, and it’s just the novelty of the mystery or the wonder that entices audiences to watch.”The director further added, “There’ll be scenes that are inspired on certain realities, and there’ll be exaggerations. It’s not obviously a documentary.” Go to Source
