Actor-politician Hiran Chatterjee has remarried for the second time in Varanasi, tying the knot with model Ritika Giri by the Ganga ghats. His first wife, Anindita, expressed shock, calling the marriage “illegal” as they remain legally wed with a 19-year-old daughter. ‘Macho Mustanaa’ actor Hiran Chatterjee has gotten married for the second time. The wedding happened in Varanasi. Hiran did not begin this new chapter of his life in Kolkata. Instead, he chose Varanasi, which is far away from the city. He got married at the Ganga ghat in a simple ceremony. In the photos that went viral, the bride is seen wearing a red Banarasi saree. Hiran is seen completing the wedding in a simple yellow panjabi.

The first wife reacts strongly

After the wedding photos came out, Anindita reacted strongly. As reported by Deccan Chronicle, Anindita said she was shocked to know about the marriage and called it “illegal.”She said, “We are neither separated nor divorced. We have been married since December 11, 2000. We also have a 19-year-old daughter.”Anindita also spoke about her suffering. She said, “I was facing torture for a long time, but I maintained silence for the sake of my daughter and our family.”Anindita added, “Now I have to get up for what Hiran did.”She also recalled that Hiran used to visit her and their daughter when he took breaks from his political work in his Assembly constituency in West Midnapore.

Hiran Chatterjee’s second wife is Ritika Giri. She is a model by profession. On Tuesday Hiran himself shared the happy news through a Facebook post.
