Aarti’s mother Sujatha Vijayakumar on Ravi Mohan’s explosive claims

'Who got blackmailed and cut their wrists to get married?': Aarti’s mother Sujatha Vijayakumar on Ravi Mohan’s explosive claims

Tamil actor Ravi Mohan recently grabbed headlines for the explosive statements he made for the first time after his divorce. Sujatha Vijayakumar has now reacted to Ravi Mohan’s allegations, stating the family is being cautious because the couple’s son is going through a difficult period. The producer said her grandson is under significant emotional stress as the public dispute continues.

Sujatha Vijayakumar breaks her silence

After Ravi Mohan addressed the media about his divorce from Aarti Ravi, Aarti’s mother shared her response. As reported by Indian Express, at a recent event, Sujatha referred to an earlier interview and said it contains important details about how the marriage took place. “There was an interview in Vikatan magazine in 2008 that explained this. I am looking for it now. It reveals who got blackmailed and who cut their wrists to get married.”

Sujatha also addressed Ravi Mohan’s assertion that he had paid Rs 25,000 per month toward her medical expenses. She denied the allegation and said that even if he had provided such support, it would have been a normal family responsibility. “even if he did, it would be his duty as a son-in-law.” She added that the family plans to approach cybercrime authorities to examine allegations of online harassment. In an interview with ETV Bharat, Sujatha explained why she is avoiding a stronger public reaction. “The reason I am not exaggerating this is because my grandson is writing his 10th standard exams and is under a lot of stress due to this issue. He has seen everything he should not have seen at a young age. That’s why he’s under a lot of stress.” She said protecting the child’s emotional well-being is the family’s top priority.

Sujatha Vijayakumar on industry support for Aarti Ravi

Sujatha also responded to Ravi Mohan’s comments about film personalities supporting Aarti Ravi. “In Tamil Nadu, when injustice is done to women, everyone speaks up. Millions of people comment on Aarti’s posts. I won’t accept if he says that two or three particular people supported her. I would like to not speak further on this matter, as it would be contempt of court. I have faith in the law. Give us time to answer all these allegations.”She said she trusts the legal process and asked for time.

Ravi Mohan speaks about his sons

During his press conference, Ravi Mohan defended his relationship with his children. “I didn’t speak for fourteen years. I have tolerated enough. I haven’t seen my sons for so long, and now people are questioning my love for them. I have been paying Rs 50 lakh towards my sons’ school fees so they can have a good life. Don’t question my love for my children.”He also said, “I don’t know how to bribe or manipulate people. I am a very straightforward person. I stayed away for six months so I could gather the strength to answer your questions. Please don’t hurt my wounds anymore.”Ravi Mohan further announced that none of his films will be released until the divorce proceedings are completed. Go to Source
