India vs China Live Score, Men’s Hockey Asia Cup 2025: India aim to seal their place in the final when they face China in their final Super 4 clash on Saturday

India vs China, Men’s Hockey Asia Cup 2025 LIVE: India will be hoping to end their Super 4s campaign in the ongoing Men’s Hockey Asia Cup with a victory and seal their place in Sunday’s final when they face China at the Bihar Sports University Hockey Stadium in Rajgir on Saturday. India had defeated China 4-3 in their opening match of the group stage earlier in the tournament and will be hoping to complete a double against their neighbours in their final Super 4s match.

How India can qualify for the Men’s Asia Cup final

A win or a draw against China will guarantee India a place in the final, given either Malaysia or South Korea will be able to eclipse them on the Super 4s standings thereafter. After topping Pool A with a win in each of their three outings, India currently lead the standings in the second round as well, having collected four points so far with a 2-2 draw against the Koreans followed by a 4-1 victory over Malaysia.

China and Malaysia have three points each while South Korea has only one. And should India play out a draw against China, only Malaysia will be able to finish ahead of them on the standings if they defeat Korea. However, if India lose to China, they will need Korea to defeat Malaysia. In such a scenario, both India and Korea will finish level on 4 points and the second finalist will be determined on the basis of goal different, in which the former currently holds the advantage.
