As Nepal’s KP Sharma Oli government collapses in the face of massive protests over corruption and social media ban, a video surfaced on Tuesday in which Finance Minister Bishnu Prasad Paudel was chased on a road and thrashed by demonstrators.

In the video, over two dozen people were seen chasing while Paudel was running for his life. A man was seen kicking and others beating him up.

The attack occurred as thousands of Gen Z protesters clashed with security forces across the capital, Kathmandu, and other cities.
