Chinese President Xi Jinping will personally welcome Prime Minister Narendra Modi and Russian President Vladimir Putin at the Shanghai Cooperation Organisation (SCO) summit, in a powerful show of Global South solidarity amid Donald Trump’s tariffs, according to a report in Reuters.
