Shillong Teer lottery combines traditional archery with the thrill of winning cash prizes. Widely popular in Meghalaya, it not only offers attractive rewards but also helps in promoting the age-old sport of archery.

HOW TO PLAY SHILLONG LOTTERY?

1. Shillong Teer lottery is played in two short rounds, each lasting two minutes.
2. In the first round, skilled archers shoot 30 arrows, followed by 20 arrows in the second round.
3. Participants place their bets by selecting a number between 0 and 99, aiming to predict the numbers of arrows that will hit the target.
4. Tickets are available at licensed counters in denominations of Rs 1, Rs 5, Rs 10, Rs 20 and Rs 50.
5. The prize amount depends on both the ticket price and the accuracy of the prediction.

For example, a correct guess in the first round with a Rs 1 ticket fetches Rs 80, while an accurate prediction in the second round gives Rs 60. Players who manage to predict both rounds correctly can win up to Rs 4,000 with just a Rs 1 ticket.
