According to an official release, PM Modi will inaugurate the 16th Combined Commanders’ Conference-2025 in Kolkata at around 9:30 am on Monday as part of his ambitious vision of a strong, secure and self-reliant India.

The conference is the apex-level brainstorming forum of the Indian Armed Forces, which brings together the nation’s top civilian and military leadership to exchange views and lay the groundwork for the future development of India’s military preparedness.

The Combined Commanders’ Conference, held once every two years, will take place in Kolkata’s Fort William from September 15-17. The theme of this year’s conference is ‘Year of Reforms – Transforming for the Future’.
