Of all the problems that people register with the CM helpline, a man registered his grievance of getting just one laddoo during the Independence Day celebration. Sounds bizarre? A little, yes, but his complaint was entertained and and the authorities sent one kilogram laddoos for further distribution.

As per the officials, the complainant, Kamlesh Kushwaha, was aggrieved as he did not get the customary two laddoos during the Independence Day event in Naudha village. He filed the complaint against the sarpanch and secretary.

On August 15, the flag-hoisting ceremony at the Gram Panchayat Bhavan was held and it was attended by the sarpanch, local representatives, the secretary, the peon, and several villagers. As per the custom, after the flag hoisting, laddoos are distributed. Two laddoos for one person, but Kushwaha only received one and asked for another laddoo. When refused, he filed a complaint.

After his complaint with the CM helpline, 1 kilogram laddoos were sent, but Kushwaha refused to accept it, said panchayat secretary Ravindra Shrivastava.

This was Kushwaha’s 107th complaint with the CM helpline. Shrivastava added that he is habitual of complaining for any and every issue.

“Kushwaha is in the habit of doing such things. He has so far filed 107 complaints with the CM Helpline on various issues,” Shrivastava said.
