Winners must first verify their ticket number by cross-checking it with the official results published in the Kerala Government Gazette. If the number matches, they should visit the Kerala Lottery Office at Gorky Bhavan, near Bakery Junction, Thiruvananthapuram, to claim their prize.

To successfully complete the claim process, the following documents are required:

  • The original winning ticket, signed and self-attested on both sides
  • A passport-size photograph attested by a Gazetted Officer
  • A self-attested copy of the PAN card (for income tax purposes)
  • A valid proof of identity and address, such as Aadhaar card, Voter ID, Ration Card or PAN card
  • A duly filled prize money receipt form (available online), affixed with a revenue stamp and submitted in line with official guidelines
  • All claims must be submitted within 30 days from the date of the draw.
