As heavy rains in Gurugram triggered severe waterlogging and traffic chaos, author Suhel Seth slammed the Haryana government for the city’s mismanagement.

Author and entrepreneur Suhel Seth has slammed the Haryana government and accused it of turning a blind eye towards Gurugram after heavy rain the national capital region on Monday evening led to severe waterlogging flood-like situation in the city.

Accusing former Chief Minister Manohar Lal Khattar of negligence, Seth, in an X post, wrote, “On a serious note: Gurugram is done. Like you can’t imagine.”
“The first bloke to ruin this was Manohar Lal Khattar, and (the present Chief Minister) Nayab Singh Saini just can’t manage this situation,” he mentioned.
“The BJP needs some serious introspection. They’ve been running this state for 11 years now. You can’t blame Nehru,” Seth wrote on X.
