Sitaram KandiNew Delhi: Tata Motors Passenger Vehicles (TMPVL) Thursday announced a change in its top human resources leadership, with Chief Human Resources Officer Anjali Byce resigning from her role, effective close of business hours on June 30, 2026.
The company has appointed Sitaram Kandias the new Chief Human Resources Officer and Senior Management Personnel, effective July 1, 2026, according to a regulatory filing.
Byce, in her resignation letter dated May 13, 2026, said she was stepping down to pursue career opportunities outside the company.
“I hereby tender my resignation as CHRO – Tata MotorsPassenger Vehicle Limited to pursue career opportunities outside the company,” Byce wrote, adding that she would be relieved from her responsibilities at the end of June.
Kandi brings over 30 years of experience in HR and industrial relations, having worked with global companies such as GE, Monsanto, TE Connectivity and Bosch.
He is currently associated with Tata MotorsLtd as Chief Human Resources Officer and has previously headed HR for the company’s passenger and electric vehicle business, along with skill development and industrial relations functions.
TMPVL said the leadership transition will take effect from the beginning of July.
