Tata Motors launches new Curvv.ev variants priced from ₹16.99 lakh

Tata Motors on Monday introduced two new variants of its electric SUV-coupe Curvv.ev —Accomplished X 55 and Empowered X 55, expanding its EV portfolio in the mid-size segment.

The new variants are equipped with a 55-kWh battery pack offering a certified driving range of up to 502 km. The company has priced the base variant at ₹16.99 lakh (ex-showroom, Mumbai), with higher variants priced up to ₹19.49 lakh.

Expanding the palette to five colour options, the Curvv.ev SeriesX will be available in a striking new Nitro Crimson colour, in addition to the iconic #DARK edition.

The models are built on the company’s dedicated EV architecture and feature advanced driver assistance systems (ADAS), connected infotainment, and vehicle-to-load (V2L) functionality.

“It combines practical and premium features with a lifetime HV battery warranty, ensuring truly stress-free ownership at a compelling price point, enhancing its value proposition. With the introduction of these variants, we are creating a clearer, more cohesive, and benefit-led range that raises the bar in the Mid – SUV category,” said Vivek Srivatsa, Chief Commercial Officer, Tata Passenger Electric Mobility Ltd.

Curvv.ev Accomplished X 55

The Curvv.ev Accomplished X 55 offers features such as a panoramic sunroof, dual digital screens, wireless Android Auto and Apple CarPlay, and a 360-degree camera system.

It also includes ventilated seats, premium upholstery, and rear sunshades, positioning it as a practical, well-equipped option for daily driving.

Curvv.ev Empowered X 55

The Curvv.ev Empowered X 55 builds on this with additional premium features, including powered and ventilated front seats, reclining rear seats, a larger infotainment system with a JBL sound setup, and Level 2 ADAS.

It also adds features such as larger alloy wheels, vehicle-to-load functionality, and a powered tailgate, making it the more feature-rich variant in the lineup.
