Mahindra appoints former Unilever executive Shuchi Suri as EVP – Mahindra Experiences

Mahindra Group on Friday appointed Shuchi Suri as Executive Vice-President – Mahindra Experiences, effective May 14, 2026, and she will form part of the company’s Senior Management Personnel, according to a regulatory disclosure.

Suri will head the newly defined Mahindra Experiences function, which is expected to focus on building world-class customer experiences to unlock value and drive business impact across the group.

In her new role, she will take ownership of the Mahindra Adventure team within the group’s auto business and the Experiences team at Mahindra Holidays. She will work closely with leaders across the auto and holidays businesses and will report to Anish Shah, Group CEO and Managing Director, Mahindra Group.

The company said Suri joins Mahindra after a 22-year global career at Unilever, where she held leadership roles across India, the Asia-Pacific region, and the company’s global headquarters in the UK.

Most recently, she served as Global Vice-President for Homecare, leading a multi-billion euro global category across more than 60 markets. Mahindra said she delivered consistent growth and margin expansion through portfolio transformation and strategic execution.

Suri’s expertise spans brand strategy, consumer segmentation, portfolio transformation, premium innovation, digital-first marketing and partnerships, the company said.

She is a triple gold medallist from the School of Planning and Architecture and holds an MBA from IIM Lucknow.
