Hyundai Motor India January sales up 9.5% to 59,107 units

Hyundai Motor India (HMIL) achieved a landmark in its sales performance, recording its highest-ever monthly domestic sales of 59,107 units in January 2026, reflecting a 9.5 per cent year-on-year growth. The company reported 54,003 units of sales in the same period last year.

The automaker also registered its highest-ever total monthly sales of 73,137 units, marking an 11.5 per cent increase compared with January 2025. Exports continued to perform strongly, contributing 14,030 units, up 20.9 per cent year-on-year.

Popular models Venue and Aura achieved their highest-ever monthly sales, with 12,413 units and 7,978 units sold, respectively, driving Hyundai’s domestic growth.
