Sculptural interpretation of the MG Cyberster, presented at the new storeDesigner Gaurav Gupta has opened his first dedicated menswear flagship store at DLF Emporio, alongside a collaboration with MG Select that marks his entry into automotive design.
According to the official statement, the collaboration with MG Select represents Gupta’s foray into automotive-related design and positions the flagship store as a platform for cross-disciplinary work between fashion and mobility.
It features a sculptural interpretation of the MG Cyberster, presented at the new store. The MG Cyberster is an electric convertible capable of accelerating from 0 to 100 kmph in 3.2 seconds.
The store has been designed by architect Karanbir Duggal in collaboration with Gupta. The space is based on the designer’s Shunya concept and brings together architecture, menswear and the MG Cyberster installation under one roof.
