Audi India has announced complimentary 24×7 Roadside Assistance (RSA) for customer cars impacted by incessant rains in the Delhi-NCR region.
According to the official press release, the roadside assistance coverage includes 24x7x365 support, on-site repairs, fuel delivery and spare keys, travel or accommodation facilities, and the custody, transportation, storage and safekeeping of vehicles.
“In light of the unprecedented challenges currently faced by our customers in the Delhi-NCR region, we remain fully committed to supporting them in every possible way,” said Balbir Singh Dhillon, Brand Director, Audi India.
The service will be available 24×7 across Delhi-NCR, with Audi India saying its teams are on standby to respond to customers affected by the weather conditions.
“We are also monitoring the situation in other cities and will extend support, as needed. Our teams are on standby to respond swiftly, ensuring the safety, comfort and well-being of our customers during this difficult time,” Dhillon added.
