The Certificate of Honour was presented to Shri Nitish Kumar (Hon’ble Chief Minister, Bihar) by Mr. Sanjoy Dolo (Adjudicator, WBR – India) and Ms. Radha Richisow (Adjudicator, WBR – India). This was informed by Shri Santosh Shukla, Supreme Court, Advocate (President, World Book of Records).
