Lexus India has strengthened its SUV portfolio with the introduction of a new ‘Exquisite’ grade for the RX 350h, priced from ₹89,99,000 (ex-showroom). The addition aims to broaden the RX line-up in the fast-growing luxury SUV market and reinforce the brand’s focus on hybrid technology, comfort and premium mobility experiences. A higher-spec RX 350h variant with the Mark Levinson premium audio system is priced at ₹92,02,000 and existing RX 500h F-sport+ at ₹1,09,46,000.

The model features the brand’s 2.5-litre hybrid powertrain paired with a high-output motor and a bipolar nickel–metal hydride battery, designed to deliver a balance of fuel efficiency and responsive performance.

Wider range of features and price points

The RX 350h Exquisite comes equipped with a spacious cabin, 10-way power-adjustable front seats, heated and ventilated seats for both rows, ambient lighting and the Lexus Audio system.

At the top of the range, the performance-focused RX 500h F-Sport+ continues as India’s only turbocharged hybrid luxury SUV. It is powered by a 2.4-litre turbo-hybrid powertrain with a 6-speed automatic transmission and eAxle technology, delivering enhanced traction and performance. Dynamic Rear-Wheel Steering and Lexus’ DIRECT4 all-wheel-drive system aim to improve agility and stability. The RX 500h F-Sport+ with the Mark Levinson system is priced at ₹1.09 crore.

Across the line-up, the RX offers the Lexus Safety System+, including Dynamic Radar Cruise Control, Blind Spot Monitor, Safe Exit Assist and Cross Traffic Alert.

RX drives Lexus’ growth momentum

Lexus said the RX achieved 12 per cent growth between January and November this year, with SUVs contributing about 40 per cent to the company’s overall performance in India during the same period. The brand expects the expanded range to further strengthen its position in the luxury SUV segment.

Hikaru Ikeuchi, President, Lexus India, said the RX reflects the brand’s “dedication to luxury, design, performance, and sustainable mobility”, adding that the new grade offers guests “a wider range of options and features” in line with Lexus’ guest-first philosophy.

The RX range continues to be supported by Lexus Luxury Care, an 8-year vehicle warranty, five-year roadside assistance and the brand’s Smart Ownership Plan.
