The Roshan family appears to be on a serious buying streak in Mumbai’s property market. In their latest move, Hrithik Roshan’s two family-owned firms have snapped up 10 office units in Andheri West, adding fresh buzz to their growing list of commercial investments.

Roshan family seen expanding commercial property

According to property registration documents accessed by Propstack, the actor and his family’s companies have purchased 10 office units worth Rs 28 crore. These units are located on the 3rd and 4th floors of Yura Business Park, a commercial building in the busy Andheri West area. All the deals were registered on November 27, 2025.

As per the report, the documents state that the 10 units were split between two Roshan-linked firms. Five units were acquired by HRX Digitech LLP, where Hrithik Roshan and his father, Rakesh Roshan, are designated partners.The remaining five units were bought by Filmkunj (Bombay) Pvt Ltd, where Hrithik Roshan and his mother, Pramila Roshan, are directors.

Office details described in registration papers

As mentioned in the documents, the total RERA carpet area of the 10 units is 6,968 sq ft. Each unit ranges between 769 sq ft and 852 sq ft.

The Roshan family earlier bought multiple properties

This new purchase comes soon after two other property deals involving the Roshan family. On November 19, 2025, Rakesh Roshan and his wife, Pramila Rakesh Roshan (Pinkie Roshan), purchased five commercial units in Andheri for Rs 19.68 crore, as confirmed by documents reviewed by SquareYards. Just a few days later, on November 24, 2025, Hrithik Roshan’s sister, Sunaina Rakesh Roshan, bought two commercial units in Andheri East for Rs 6.42 crore, again based on documents reviewed by SquareYards. With these back-to-back purchases, the Roshan family appears to be steadily growing its commercial footprint in Mumbai.

Hrithik Roshan’s last release

On the work front, Hrithik was last seen in Ayan Mukerji’s action thriller ‘War 2’, which was released in August 2025.
