Indian family with toddler randomly pepper-sprayed in San Antonio; attacker was asked to lower phone volume

An Indian family with a toddler came under a random pepper spray attack during a boat ride in San Antonio.

An Indian family with a toddler came under a random pepper-spray attack during a boat ride on San Antonio’s pipular River Walk when a woman took the pepper spray can and spread it on people after she was asked to lower the volume of her phone. The victims were not the individuals who objected to the high volume of the woman’s phone. It was the boat operator and some other people but according to reports, she just used pepper spray randomly on the crowd. A video of how the attacker came at the crowd when they questioned her action went viral. The San Antonio Police Department said the operator stopped the boat to allow the woman to get down. After getting down, she used pepper spray on the boat that hit at least eight passengers, including a toddler. The incident took place on November 15.“Stop recording me, or I’ll slap you,” the woman said as people were recording her video. “I will slap you, I will, I will,” she said. Cops arrived at the spot immediately, but the attacker had already fled the scene. Nobody was arrested for the incident and the woman was not identified. But viral videos that captured the aftermath of the incident claimed that the woman herself reacted to the incident on her TikTok and said she was not sorry at all and that she would slap everyone on the boat. The Indian family has also not been identified, though a social media user claimed to be an acquaintance of the family. The person said that the family is fine and they have already filed a complaint against the woman. “At San Antonio we have the river walk . It has a boat ride where the captain of the boat will explain about the history on river walk, this young lady was using her mobile loud where he requested her to lower her volume which is kind of disturbing other tourists on the boat. She made the situation very worse by shouting at the captain and while leaving she used pepper spray on the tourists which affected my friends family with 3 yr old kid as well,” the person wrote explaining the incident.
