Israel Hits Senior Hezbollah Figure In First Beirut Strike In Months

Israel has carried out its first strike in Beirut in months, saying it targeted a senior Hezbollah militant. Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu’s office announced on Sunday that the Israeli military recently hit Hezbollah’s chief of staff in the Lebanese capital, calling him a key figure responsible for “strengthening and arming” the organisation.
