Donald Trump’s son says Zohran Mamdani hates Indian population: ‘However you want to label him’

Donald Trump's son says Zohran Mamdani hates Indian population: 'However you want to label him'

Eric Trump says New York mayor-elect Zohran Mamdani hates Indian population.

Donald Trump’s son Eric Trump on FOX News discussed the ‘fall’ of great American cities under Democratic leadership and termed New York mayor-elect Zohran Mamdani a hater of the Indian population. Eric Trump said the mayor-elect of Seattle is literally going after Starbucks in what he called an ongoing exodus of businesses from Dem states and cities and going to Republican states where they are not attacked. “I don’t need to remind you how AOC (Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez) was going after Amazon when they wanted to set up their headquarters in New York City. She ran them out like absolute dogs,” Eric Trump said adding that he too moved out of New York City and went to Florida. “It’s all because of politics. All these cities need safe streets, clean streets and comparatively lower taxes. If you have these, there is no place that can compare to New York City. No one could compete against New York City and yet you have a socialist, communist — however you want to label him, who wants to arrest Netanyahu, hates the Jewish, hates the indian population, and wants to defund law enforcement,” he said, referring to Zohran Mamdani. Some businesses have expressed concerns over the election of Mamdani and said they were thinking of moving out as Mamdani’s policies would not be good for small businesses. Mamdani has also urged people to boycott Starbucks in solidarity with baristas. “While workers are on strike, I won’t be buying any Starbucks, and I’m asking you to join us,” Mamdani posted. Seattle mayor-elect Katie Wilson has asked people to boycott Starbucks as the employees are protesting. “I am not buying Starbucks and you should not either,” Wilson said.

Donald Trump-Zohran Mamdani meeting soon

Donald Trump may soon meet Mamdani despite their sharp jibes at each other, Trump hinted as he told reporters that Mamdani would like to meet him. “We’ll work something out,” Trump said. “He would like to come to Washington and meet, and we’ll work something out,” the US president said late on Sunday. “We want to see everything work out well for New York.”Mamdani’s team confirmed Monday that they had reached out to the White House.
