Sunita admits she learned about Govinda’s hospitalisation online

Sunita Ahuja admits she learned about Govinda’s hospitalisation online rather than firsthand updates, ‘He’s doing well now’

Just days after veteran stars Dharmendra and Prem Chopra faced health scares, Bollywood fans were taken by surprise with reports of Govinda being rushed to the hospital. The actor, who reportedly experienced sudden uneasiness and fainted, was admitted to CitiCare Hospital — the same facility where he had been treated last year following an accidental gun injury to his leg.According to his team, Govinda received immediate medical attention and was discharged shortly after, assuring fans that there was nothing to worry about. He even interacted with the media upon leaving the hospital, saying he was perfectly fine.

‘He was working out for his new film’

Govinda’s wife, Sunita Ahuja, who was out of town when the incident occurred, later addressed her husband’s health in her latest YouTube vlog. She admitted she came to know about it through online reports rather than firsthand updates.Responding to a fan’s concern, she said, “Govinda is completely fit. He was working out to prepare for his new film Duniyadaari when he fainted.”“I have just returned and watched an interview where it was mentioned that he suffered fatigue due to over-exercising. But he’s doing well now. Don’t worry,” she added with reassurance.

On Govinda’s apology controversy

Sunita, who has often been in the spotlight for her outspoken nature, also addressed another issue that recently stirred headlines — Govinda’s public apology to his family priest. The actor had apologised after Sunita referred to the priest as a “chor” during her podcast appearance on Abraa Kaa Dabra with Paras S Chhabra.Clarifying her stance, Sunita said, “I didn’t like how Govinda apologised to his priest with folded hands. I never mentioned anyone’s name; I was just sharing one of our personal experiences. If anyone felt hurt by my words, I apologise to them and to all priests. Govinda has three different priests — he didn’t need to name anyone or publicly apologise. I felt very bad that he had to do that because of me.”

‘When a wife is hurt, even the strongest man can fall’

Later in the vlog, Sunita also shared a candid message for men — one that instantly caught viewers’ attention. When a fan asked how to build trust in a relationship, she offered a firm and heartfelt piece of advice.“Be loyal. Give her time. Stay true to her. Don’t even think of cheating, because when a wife is hurt, even the strongest man can fall,” she said. Go to Source
