Delhi blast: AAP claims 'new plaster, costume' for victim before PM Modi visit; BJP claps back

NEW DELHI: BJP Delhi clapped back on AAP’s allegation of fabricating the meeting of Prime Minister Narendra Modi and Delhi chief minister Rekha Gupta meeting the same patient in different conditions. AAP Delhi president Saurabh Bharadwaj shared an image of the PM and CM meeting a patient, claiming the patient appeared with a new plaster and fresh wounds in the later images. BJP, calling it ‘dirty politics’, clarified that the CM met the patient right after the incident, while the PM met him after his treatment.Bharadwaj, on Thursday, took it to X to share what he claimed of the patient appearing in ‘new costume’ after CM Rekha Gupta met the patient at the hospital. “11.11.2025 CM Rekha Gupta meets the patient. 12.11.2025 The next day, PM Modi met the same patient. New costume, new plaster on hand,” he wrote.

Delhi Blast: PM Modi Meets Victims At LNJP Hospital, Promises Swift Action Against Attack Culprits

Later on, BJP Delhi’s handle replied to the post bashing AAP for ‘sinking lower’. They also explained, stating that the chief minister reached the hospital on the same day of the incident. The check-up and treatment were under way for the patient until then. By the time the Prime Minister went to the hospital to meet the victims, the required treatment had already been given to the patient. “How low will you stoop for this politics? Every time we think they can’t sink any lower, AAP proves yet again that there’s no bottom to their depths of depravity,” the BJP bashed AAP in their post. Further, giving the chronological picture, they said, “Chief minister Rekha Gupta turned up to meet the injured straight after the incident. Treatment had only just started then, and it takes time for reports to come through.” Calling it a PR hunt, they claimed that AAP considers spreading misinformation an art. They also trashed them, calling them “AAP- the drama company,” and said that the public is aware of their tactics. “Truth is, it’s not even your fault, you’re a graduate of the ‘Kejriwal School of Misinformation’, where speaking the truth is a crime and spreading lies is considered an art,” they wrote. “The public’s wise to it all now. Every incident turns into a publicity stunt for AAP, and every victim becomes fodder for your grubby political loaves. Now the only difference is this—the public’s woken up, and the ‘AAP-the drama company’ show is about to close for good.”On November 10, a deadly blast occurred near the Red Fort metro station that killed at least 13 people, while leaving several others injured. Intelligence agencies probing the Red Fort car blast have uncovered a broader conspiracy, indicating plans to equip 32 vehicles with explosives for coordinated attacks across multiple cities, officials said.
