The Red Fort blast investigation has entered a crucial phase, with multiple central and state agencies working jointly to uncover the conspiracy. Since morning, NSG, NIA, Delhi Police, and FSL teams have been conducting extensive searches at the Red Fort parking area, collecting samples and examining CCTV footage. Sources reveal that over 200 officers are analyzing mobile tower data from the vicinity to trace any suspicious communications. Initial investigations point to a planned terror plot, with key links emerging from Faridabad, Saharanpur, and Jammu & Kashmir. Authorities suspect that the i20 car used in the blast was parked for nearly three hours before detonation. The driver, identified as Dr. Umar, allegedly fled from Faridabad after several of his associates Dr. Adil, Dr. Mujammil, and Dr. Shaheen were arrested. Around 3,000 kg of ammonium nitrate and communication devices were recovered from their possession. Delhi has now been placed on high alert, with security tightened across all major markets and historical sites, including Sarojini Nagar, Lajpat Nagar, and Karol Bagh. NSG commandos and dog squads are inspecting the entire blast zone to ensure no secondary device remains. The Home Ministry is closely monitoring developments through constant updates.
