The Grammy Awards nomination announcement details

The announcement will be livestreamed on the official Grammys website and Recording Academy’s YouTube channel on Friday, November 7, 2025, at 8 a.m. Pacific, 11 a.m. Eastern, and 9:30 p.m. IST. The 68th Grammy Awards have 95 categories, where many stars are likely to be included, such as Sabrina Carpenter, Chappell Roan, Bad Bunny, Justin Bieber, Lady Gaga, and more. As for the event itself, all the music fanatics will strut the red carpet on Sunday, February 1, 2026, at Crypto Arena in Los Angeles. The host is yet to be announced, according to ABC. The presenters for the Grammy Awards include winners from the last ceremony, such as Sabrina Carpenter, Doechii, Lizzo, KAROL G, Brandi Carlile, Nicole Scherzinger, and Sam Smith, along with Angélique Kidjo, CeCe Winans, David Foster, Dr. Chelsey Green, Jon Batiste, Little Big Town, Masaki Koike, and Mumford & Sons, as per the aforementioned media outlet.

The eligibility window and criteria

The eligibility window for the 2026 Grammy Awards was from August 31, 2024, to August 30, 2025 – and every supreme album, track, melody, and art is likely to receive a waive of nomination. From Bad Bunny for ‘Debí Tirar Más Fotos,’ Justin Bieber for ‘Swag,’ to Carpenter’s ‘Man’s Best Friend,’ received appreciation from around the world, and the ‘trending track’ tag from social media. Marking one of the rarest times in recent years, Taylor Swift will not be receiving any nominations for the 2026 Grammy Awards.
