As the Blake Lively and Justin Baldoni legal battle gets ready to head to the courtroom, the actress is taking another big swing. According to the latest reports, the actress has alleged that she has suffered over $100 million in financial losses amid her ongoing legal dispute related to ‘It Ends With Us’. Newly unsealed court documents reveal that the 38-year-old star claims to have incurred extensive professional and reputational damage since the lawsuit began in December 2024.
Blake claims $161 million in losses
According to the latest report on Variety, Lively’s court filings claim that she has lost an estimated $161 million in damages. Listing down her losses, she claims $56.2 million was lost in past and future earnings from acting, producing, endorsements, and public appearances. The documents also allege that $49 million in losses were incurred for her beauty brand, while her beverage brand was hit with an additional $22 million. The actress is also claiming $34 million attributed to reputational harm from what her legal team describes as an alleged “smear campaign.” Her lawyers have argued that the negativity that the actress has received on social media has caused measurable harm, citing the 65 million negative impressions online since the dispute began.
