Motihari: BJP candidate Lal Babu Gupta attacked during campaign, Priyanka and Kharge to hold rallies in Bihar

Tension flared in Motihari’s Chiraia area after BJP candidate Lal Babu Gupta was attacked by rival supporters during his campaign. Meanwhile, Mahagathbandhan candidate Shiv Prakash Gareeb Das’s supporters celebrated by bathing him in milk at a gathering in Bachhwara. In the poll-bound state, Congress General Secretary Priyanka Gandhi Vadra is set to address rallies in Sonbarsa and Lakhisarai, followed by a roadshow in Rosera. Party president Mallikarjun Kharge will hold his first rally in Vaishali’s Rajapakar. On the other hand, Tej Pratap Yadav has reached Mahua to campaign against his elder brother, asserting that no one is bigger than the party, while Lalu Prasad Yadav had finalized Mahua’s ticket.
