‘It’s an honor to perform back in India’: Pitbull on announcing the 2025 'I’m Back' tour

Global music icon Pitbull is returning to India for his ‘I’m Back’ tour this December, with electrifying performances scheduled in Gurugram on the 6th and Hyderabad on the 8th, 2025. Known for his energetic shows and a decade-long connection with Indian fans, Pitbull expressed his excitement to bring the party back to the nation.

Global pop sensation and Grammy Award-winning artist Pitbull is set to return to India this winter with his ‘I’m Back’ tour. The Miami-born hitmaker will bring his high-energy performance to two massive venues, HUDA Grounds in Gurugram on December 6 and Ramoji Film City in Hyderabad on December 8, 2025.

“It’s truly an honor to perform back in India. We look forward to bringing the party back,” said Armando Christian Pérez, better known worldwide as Pitbull. “Touring the globe continues to show fans around the world that music is the universal language that unites genres. Daleee!” he added.Nicknamed Mr Worldwide, Pitbull has a long-standing relationship with Indian fans. His connection to the country goes back more than a decade. He first performed in India in 2011, then returned in 2017 to headline the opening ceremony of the Indian Premier League at Kolkata’s Eden Gardens, where he famously shared the stage with Shah Rukh Khan. Two years later, he performed in Mumbai in 2019, and most recently entertained guests at Anant Ambani and Radhika Merchant’s grand wedding celebration in 2024 alongside Guru Randhawa.

A special bond with Indian audiences

Pitbull’s ties with India deepened in 2013 when he collaborated with Priyanka Chopra on the global hit ‘Exotic.’ The song’s mix of Bollywood beats and Pitbull’s signature Miami flair became an international anthem, firmly establishing his popularity across India. In a 2018 interview, the rapper fondly recalled his experiences performing for Indian audiences. “The kind of love and affection that I received was overwhelming. The people of India are really warm. I really enjoyed performing in front of such a huge and welcoming audience,” he said.Over the years, Pitbull has built a devoted fanbase in the country, admired for his infectious energy, charisma, and chart-topping hits that blend pop, hip-hop, and Latin influences. Songs like ‘Give Me Everything,’ ‘Timber,’ and ‘Fireball’ remain crowd favourites at parties and concerts alike. His return this December is already creating excitement among music lovers eager to experience the global superstar live once again.
