A Chandigarh court on Tuesday sent a notice to the wife of IPS officer Y Puran Kumar, asking her to formally identify his body for the postmortem to be conducted. Chandigarh police had approached the court seeking permission to carry out the postmortem of Kumar’s body to further investigate his death.The notice, dated October 14, was sent to Amneet P Kumar, stating, “Chandigarh police has moved an application seeking directions for you (complainant) to identify the dead body of your deceased husband Y Puran Kumar, IPS…for the purpose of postmortem proceedings.” n18oc_indian18oc_breaking-newsNews18 Mobile App – https://onelink.to/desc-youtube
