Abhinav hits back at Salman after Bigg Boss remark

‘He begged me’: Abhinav Kashyap hits back at Salman Khan after Bigg Boss remark; calls him a ‘apradhi’

Abhinav Kashyap has once again taken a dig at Salman Khan, and this time, his words seem harsher than ever. The tension between the two has been brewing for years, and after Khan’s recent comment on ‘Bigg Boss 19’s Weekend Ka Vaar, Abhinav has hit back with what he calls pure “venom”.

Abhinav Kashyap directly addresses Salman Khan

In a new promo shared by Bollywood Thikana, Abhinav Kashyap can be seen addressing Salman Khan directly. The clip opens with Abhinav singing the ‘Tere Naam’ title song for the actor before taking a sharp turn into a string of bold statements. He claimed there’s a “hypothetical situation in which Salman will get (him) shot,” suggesting that he no longer fears speaking out.Abhinav continued by saying that Salman himself hasn’t said much, but his fans seem to be the ones reacting the most. He further said, “I am talking about him very openly, and while he’s saying nothing, his chamchas (sycophants) seem to mind a lot. He ruined his own life, and he ruined it so much that it can’t be set right again. I’ve said everything from my heart, and I’ve said the truth, so he cannot feel bad about it.”

Abhinav Kashyap recalls fallout after Dabangg success

Abhinav, who directed Salman in the blockbuster Dabangg back in 2010, has made it clear that he feels betrayed by the actor. In the interview, he claimed that Salman was upset because he couldn’t be controlled with money. Taking a sharp dig at the superstar, Abhinav questioned why a ‘Apradhi’ (criminal like him) is playing a Veer Senani (soldier) in Battle of Galwan, calling his style “chapri” (tacky).Kashyap didn’t stop there. He went on to accuse Khan of backstabbing him despite being given a chance in ‘Dabangg’. “He begged me for a film, and I gave him a chance with Dabangg, but he stabbed me in the back. Ye jo in logon ne zeher dala hai na mere andar, ye zeher ki ulti kar raha hu main. (I’m spitting whatever venom they’ve filled me up with),” said Abhinav. The filmmaker’s comments are part of a long-standing feud between the two.

Salman Khan had earlier reacted to Abhinav’s old remarks

While Salman Khan didn’t name Abhinav Kashyap directly, his remarks on Bigg Boss 19’s Weekend Ka Vaar were seen as a clear response. Speaking to the audience, Salman Khan said, “Mujhe baat buri sirf ek hee cheez lag rahi hai ki apne apne aap ko destroy kar diya. Agar kisike parivar ke peeche padhna hai toh khudke parivar ke peeche padho. Apne bhai ke peeche padho, usse pyar karlo, Maa pita se pyar karlo, biwi bachho ka khayal rakh lo. Yeh toh least hai.”

Salman Khan on the work front

Salman Khan was last seen in A.R. Murugadoss’s ‘Sikandar’ alongside Rashmika Mandanna. The superstar is now gearing up for his next project, ‘Battle of Galwan.’ Go to Source
