JAMMU: The pilgrimage to Shri Mata Vaishno Devi Cave Shrine, suspended for the last three days on IMD’s heavy rain forecast, is scheduled to resume on Wednesday.”In view of the inclement weather advisory issued by IMD, the yatra remained suspended for the third day Tuesday. It will resume on Oct 8. Devotees may stay updated through official channels,” a shrine board official posted on X.The yatra was suspended on August 26 when 34 people, mostly pilgrims, were killed near Ardhkuwari in landslides triggered by heavy rain. The pilgrimage then resumed on September 17. v v v v v v
