US President Donald Trump issued an ultimatum to Hamas, warning the group to agree to a peace deal with Israel by Sunday, 6PM or face what he described as “all hell like no one has ever seen before.” Donald Trump, who has been pressing both sides to end the two-year-long Gaza war, said Hamas was being given “one last chance” to release Israeli hostages and halt hostilities.
“There will be peace one way or the other,” he said.

The White House released a 20-point framework that Donald Trump called a roadmap to end the war and chart Gaza’s future governance. The plan calls for an immediate ceasefire, the release of all hostages and a phased transition to a new administrative structure for Gaza post-conflict.
Donald Trump’s push marks the most direct intervention yet by his administration, which has been under pressure to help end the fighting that has claimed thousands of lives since Hamas’ October 7, 2023 attack on Israel, which the US President described as a “massacre.”
In a post on his Truth Social platform, Donald Trump wrote, “We will have PEACE in the Middle East one way or the other. The violence and bloodshed will stop. RELEASE THE HOSTAGES, ALL OF THEM, INCLUDING THE BODIES OF THOSE THAT ARE DEAD, NOW! An Agreement must be reached with Hamas by Sunday Evening at SIX (6) P.M., Washington, D.C. time. Every Country has signed on! If this LAST CHANCE agreement is not reached, all HELL, like no one has ever seen before, will break out against Hamas.”
Donald Trump described Hamas as a “ruthless” and “violent threat” that had killed indiscriminately for years.
“They have killed (and made lives unbearably miserable), culminating with the October 7th MASSACRE in Israel- babies, women, children, old people, and many young men and women. As retribution for the October 7th attack on civilization, more than 25,000 Hamas ‘soldiers’ have already been killed,” he said.
