A nurse in America was ‘dumped’ by her husband in jail for a shocking reason. The woman was imprisoned after she was caught sexually assaulting her 15-year-old stepson.
According to New York Post, the Florida nurse claimed she pursued her stepson, who allegedly told police he was a virgin, because he reminded her of his father.

The nurse, who has since been terminated, spent the week prior to the assault making jokes about watching “step-mom pornos” and frequently talking about her increasing sexual desires, the report stated.
The July Of 2024 When The Sexual Abuse Occurred
In July 2024, police received an anonymous tip following which an investigation was initiated. The tip, which came just days after the alleged sexual abuse, revealed that the child’s father had caught the incident in progress.
During an investigation, it was revealed that accused Alexis Von Yates, 35, assaulted her stepson while he was visiting his father’s home in Florida over the summer.
On the night of the incident, Yates reportedly put her two children to bed before spending time with her 15-year-old stepson in the living room, according to court documents.
The two allegedly smoked a THC vape — a chemical found in marijuana plants — and engaged in playing video games and watching movies together.
However, around 1 am, Yates turned on a horror movie and then “seduced” the teenager, commenting that the movie was dull and expressing how “horny” she felt, the New York Post reported.
‘Nurse Was Sexually Frustrated, Was On Her Period’
The report further stated that the boy told police that his stepmom told him she was sexually frustrated because “she had not had sex in two weeks and she was on her period”.

The nurse and her step-son cuddled before progressing to mouth contact. At that moment, Von Yates told the boy, “I wish you were 18, because you’re not old enough.”
Von Yates then removed her underwear, leading to sexual contact. Around this time, David returned home from work and reportedly found his wife and son naked on the couch.
As the ‘attack’ occurred, the boy described how the garage door swung open. Despite this, the two continued, and Yates’ husband entered, exclaiming, “What the f**k is going on?” upon seeing the scene.
The husband then began throwing objects and insulted Von Yates, calling her a “c***” and a “child predator.”
The 15-year-old fled the house but overheard Von Yates telling his father that the son resembled him “when he was younger.”
‘Teen Feared Nurse Would Beat Him With Belt’
According to the original arrest affidavit obtained by The Daily Mail, while the nurse’s husband grilled the teen for the truth about what he’d walked in on, Von Yates tried to plead that she told the boy to stop.
The teenager refuted his stepmother’s story but was afraid that Yates might lose control and punish him with a belt, the report stated.
The husband took the teenager to his grandparents’ house for safety and expressed regret about how the boy had “ruined his life.” The grandparents also advised the boy against reporting the assault to his biological mother, according to the outlet.
The nurse’s husband waited until October 2024, three months later, before anonymously tipping off police about the assault.

The boy’s biological mother called Von Yates an “incestuous pedophile” and a “coward,” expressing her disgust at what Von Yates did to her son.
