Punjabi singer Rajvir Jawanda met with an unfortunate bike accident on Saturday. It’s been five days since he has been under the best medical supervision, but reportedly, no major improvement has been observed in his condition.

Hospital confirms no significant improvement in Rajvir Jawanda’s health

According to PTI, on Wednesday, Fortis Mohali issued a statement, wherein the authorities have confirmed that even five days after the singer sustained serious injuries to the head and spine, there has been no significant clinical improvement.The report further adds that the 35-year-old singer’s neurological status continues to be critical, and the overall prognosis remains guarded..

What happened to Rajvir Jawanda?

Punjabi singer Rajvir Jawanda is known for his music, and his love for bike rides. The artist was going to Shimla on his bike when, on September 27, he met with an accident in Solan District, Himachal Pradesh.He was first admitted to the Civil Hospital, where he suffered a cardiac arrest. Later, he was referred to Fortis, Mohali. He has been given the best medical care, yet, as aforementioned, no significant improvement has been observed in his condition so far.Punjab’s Chief Minister, Bhagwant Mann, visited the singer at the hospital a few days back, confirming that he was admitted in a very severe condition. He also mentioned that his condition was very critical.

Punjabi artists urge fans to pray for Rajvir Jawanda

The whole Punjabi entertainment industry is standing in solidarity with Rajvir Jawanda. Several artists like Gurdas Maan, Gippy Grewal, Tania, Gurpreet Ghuggi, Binnu Dhillon, Ammy Virk, Neeru Bajwa and others have taken to their social media handles, urging their fans to pray for Rajvir’s speedy recovery. Diljit Dosanjh, who was recently busy with his Hong Kong concert, also asked his fans to send their prayers for Rajvir during his live show.
