Now, at 85, I’ve returned to exercise and find pilates the best. I work out at least five days a week for an hour. Initially, my trainer and her team ensured that the exercises were based on flexibility, and further progressed to add a bit of strength-building exercises,” she shared. She also explained the benefits of pilates and how it’s the best fit for everyone. “Pilates is good for people of all ages, especially senior citizens. The controlled, gentle exercises worked wonders for my muscles, balance, core, flexibility, and strength. I’m generally happy after the workout,” she said.It is needless to say that both her words and her workout routine are an inspiration to millions! Go to Source
