Pankaj Tripathi is known for his roles in ‘Gangs of Wasseypur’, ‘Stree’, ‘Ludo’, and the hit web series ‘Mirzapur’. The actor, along with his wife Mridula Tripathi and daughter Aashi Tripathi, has reportedly purchased two apartments in Mumbai.The combined value of the purchases was Rs 10.85 crore, according to property registration documents reviewed by Square Yards.

Where did Pankaj Tripathi buy the property?

As per multiple reports, the first and priciest property is located in Seabliss Building, Andheri West. This apartment was bought jointly by Pankaj Tripathi and his daughter Aashi for Rs 9.88 crore.It has a RERA carpet area of 188.22 sq. m. (~2,026 sq. ft.) and a balcony of 32.14 sq. m. (~346 sq. ft.), making the total area 220.36 sq. m. (~2,372 sq. ft.). The property also includes three car parking spaces.The deal required a stamp duty payment of Rs 59.89 lakh and registration charges of Rs 30,000, and it was officially registered in July 2025.

The second apartment is in Aashapura Heritage, Kandivali West. It was bought by Mridula Tripathi and daughter Aashi for Rs 87 lakh.This unit has a RERA carpet area of 39.48 sq. m. (~425 sq. ft.), with a stamp duty of Rs 4.35 lakh and registration charges of Rs 30,000, completed in September 2025.

Currently, Tripathi resides in a sea-facing home called ‘Roop Katha’ on Madh Island. The property is surrounded by lush greenery and offers a calm, village-like charm away from city life.
