Renault India, a subsidiary of the French carmaker Renault Group, has inaugurated its first ‘R Store’ in Delhi NCR as part of its renault. rethink. brand transformation strategy. The facility was opened by Stéphane Deblaise, the recently appointed Chief Executive Officer of Renault Group India.

The Ghaziabad outlet is a 3S facility covering 17,019 sq. ft. and will provide sales, service, spares, and merchandise. The location is intended to serve both Ghaziabad and nearby regions.

Francisco Hidalgo, Vice President Sales and Marketing, Renault India, said, “Delhi NCR remains a priority market for us, strengthened by the encouraging response to our products in the region. The inauguration of the new ‘R Store’ in Ghaziabad marks another step in accelerating our expansion under the renault. rethink. strategy—aimed at delivering superior customer experiences and bringing Renault’s global brand values closer to local aspirations. As we grow our footprint, our focus is on setting new benchmarks in automotive retail.”

Store design and standards

According to Renault, the Ghaziabad store introduces its New Visual Identity (NVI), including a black façade and updated logo in line with global standards. The layout is designed to allow customers to view vehicles from multiple angles and provide space for interaction. The company said the new format reflects Renault’s plan to strengthen its retail network in India while aligning with global retail standards.
